Insight™️ is a proprietary, subscription-based software platform (the "Platform") owned and operated by WealthSync LLC, a technology company ("WealthSync," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Insight™️ is an in-house product developed by WealthSync LLC and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including trademark protections registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Insight™️ Platform.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, subscribing to, or using Insight™️, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Your continued use of Insight™️ constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.

2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES & BILLING AUTHORIZATION

Subscription Plans

Insight™️ is offered on a subscription basis, including but not limited to the following plans:

• Insight Elite Pro – $149.99 per month
• Insight Elite AI – $249.99 per month

Pricing, features, and plan availability are subject to change at the Company's discretion.

Billing Authorization

By subscribing, you expressly authorize WealthSync LLC to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis for subscription fees, applicable taxes, and any additional charges incurred under your account.

• All payments are non-refundable.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle.
• Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of access.

You acknowledge that Insight™️ is a subscription service, not a purchase. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

3. LICENSE GRANT & RESTRICTIONS

WealthSync LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Insight™️ solely for lawful business purposes during the term of your active subscription.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or reproduce the Platform
• Sell, sublicense, lease, or distribute access
• Use Insight™️ for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized activities
• Attempt to access proprietary systems, data, or source code

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by WealthSync LLC.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Insight™️, including all software, designs, interfaces, workflows, trademarks, logos, content, and underlying technology, is the exclusive property of WealthSync LLC.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership interest or intellectual property rights in the Platform.

5. DATA PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

User Data

WealthSync LLC respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your information.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
• Your data is used solely to operate, improve, and support Insight™️.
• Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information; however, no system can guarantee absolute security. By using Insight™️, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

• Account and contact information
• Usage and engagement data
• Technical and device information
• Communications within the Platform

How We Use Information

• To operate and maintain the Platform
• To improve performance and user experience
• To provide support and system notifications
• To ensure compliance and security

We do not disclose personal information to third parties except as required by law or to trusted service providers under strict confidentiality obligations.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• All activity conducted under your account
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

You agree not to misuse the Platform or interfere with its operation.

8. DISCLAIMERS

Insight™️ is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

WealthSync LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• Accuracy of data
• Business outcomes or revenue results
• System uptime or uninterrupted access

Insight™️ is a technology platform and does not provide legal, financial, investment, or compliance advice.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthSync LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of Insight™️.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in subscription fees during the preceding twelve (12) months.

10. TERMINATION

WealthSync LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

Upon termination:

• Your license immediately ends
• Access to the Platform is revoked
• Outstanding fees remain payable

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of Insight™️ after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which WealthSync LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
